Correct air flow is critical to your spray booth's overall performance.
Many down-draft booths suffer from poor air flow generally
attributed to little or no attention to properly intstalled baffles
below the filters in the pit.
The addition of air baffles, give us the ability to dial in your
booth to an exact amount of even air flow moving across each panel
of the vehicle, eliminating lingering overspray.
This is an easy and quick upgrade, worth its weight in gold!
This system also works in side-draft booths where paint overspray
exits the middle of the side walls, instead of evenly through
all the filters. By placing baffles in each of these exit holes,
we are able to produce a more even air flow.
