Question: What does routine maintenance consist of?
Answer: Changing of all filters before they reach the end of their service life.

Question: Will just any filter do?
Answer: Absolutely not! Inferior or incorrect filters can change the performance of a spray booth far beyond the specs of the manufacturer.
Remember, filters not only remove particles from the incoming and outgoing air, but just as importantly they create static pressure, or resistance.

A filter's static pressure must be within a certain tolerance to insure proper air speed and even airflow around the vehicle. Bottom line, unless you understand airflow dynamics don't make price your deciding factor on filter purchases.

Filter Installation Programs

We have filter installation programs which is one of our specialties. This insures that your filters are being installed on a timely and regimented basis, relieving you the responsibility of maintaining this important part of your spray booth.

This can be done at an extremely affordable price, often cheaper than attempting to do it in-house. Poor in-house maintenance is what keeps our business busy.
